İşletme Mezunu, Lojistik Sektöründe Çalışmaya Başladı / A Graduate of Business Administration, Now Works in Logistics
Aynı zamanda AGÜ’de Veri Bilimi alanında yüksek lisans eğitimini de sürdüren Ahsen Tevrizci, üniversitede aldığı yabancı dil eğitimi sayesinde mülakatlara özgüvenli bir şekilde girerek yöneticilerin dikkati çektiğini ve bu sayede diğer adaylar arasında bir adım öne geçtiğini belirtti.
Mezun olduktan sonraki işe yerleşme sürecini de anlatan Tevrizci şunları söyledi:
“Mezun olduktan sonra 4 ay gibi bir sürede iş bularak çalışmaya başladım. Üniversite son sınıfta başlamış olduğum bu süreç oldukça zorluydu. Ancak olumsuz olarak sonuçlansa dahi yapmış olduğum her iş başvurusunda eleme süreçlerinde girmiş olduğum genel yetenek sınavları ve mülakatların bana çok şey kattığını düşünüyorum. Her iş görüşmesi bizi bir sonrakinde daha güçlü hale getiriyor.”
Ahsen Tevrizci, mezun olacak öğrencilere de şu tavsiyelerde bulundu:
“Staj ve analist öğrenci deneyimlerim sırasında gerek şirketlerdeki yetkililer gerekse holding insan kaynaklarından birçok kişiyle tanışma ve network kurma imkanım oldu. Ayrıca bu deneyimler benim yönetim ve dil becerilerimi göstermem açısından çok iyi fırsatlardı. Mezun olacak arkadaşlara da hedeflerini önceden belirleyip bu hedef doğrultusunda kariyer yollarını çizerek iş dünyasına dahil olmalarını sağlayacak her fırsatı değerlendirmelerini tavsiye ederim.”
Also a graduate student at the AGU Data Science, Ahsen Tevrizci expressed that thanks to the foreign language education she received at the university, she was confident in job interviews and could earn the attention of managers which put her one step ahead of other candidates.
Tevrizci explained her employment process after the graduation as follows:
"I was able to find a job and start working in 4 months after graduation. This was a difficult process which started in my senior year at the university. Even though I could not always get the job, I believe, I gained a lot from general ability tests and interviews in the elimination process for each job. Every job interview makes one stronger for the next one."
Ahsen Tevrizci's advice to future candidates is this:
"During my time as an intern and student analyst, I had the chance of meeting many company officials and HR personnel and could expand my network. Such experiences were also invaluable opportunities to show my management and language skills. I advise future graduates to set their aims in advance, set a course towards those aims, and use every opportunity to get involved in the business world."
