AGÜ'de Filistin Günü Etkinliği I Palestine Day Event at AGU
İstiklal Marşı ve Filistin Ulusal Marşı’nın okunmasıyla başlayan etkinlikte, Filistinli öğrenciler kültürlerini, ülkelerinin tarihini, yaptıkları sunumlar ve filmlerle anlattı. Filistinli öğrenciler ayrıca geleneksel kıyafetlerini de tanıttı.
Ülkeleri hakkında sosyal, kültürel, coğrafi ve tarihi bilgiler veren öğrenciler, etkinlik sonunda katılanlara, ülkelerine ait yöresel yiyecek ve içecek ikramında bulundu.
Uluslararası Ofis Başkanı Emeric Abrignani, amaçlarının üniversitedeki farklı kültürlerden öğrencileri bir araya getirmek, kaynaşmalarını, kültürlerini öğrenmelerini sağlamak olduğunu söyledi.
Opening the event with the national anthems of Turkey and Palestine, the Palestinian students introduced their culture and history with presentations and promotional videos. The Palestinian students also showcased their traditional attire.
Informing the audience about social, cultural, geographical, and historical background of their country, the students offered traditional food and beverages to the participants at the end of the event.
International Office Head Emeric Abrignani expressed their aim as bringing together AGU students from different cultures, facilitating their bonding, and learning about each other's cultures.
