Minik Bilim Kahramanları Projelerini Sergiledi I Little Science Heroes Showed Their Projects
AGÜ ile ortaklaşa düzenlenen fuarda 6 ile 10 yaş arası minik bilim kahramanları, kurdukları ay üssünde havayı, suyu, enerjiyi nasıl depolayacaklarını anlattıkları projelerini sergiledi.
Ailelerin de katılarak çocuklarına destek verdiği, 6 ilden 17 takım katıldığı fuarda, Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi de “AGÜ Makers” adlı takımla yer aldı.
Fuarda, minik bilim kahramanlarına seslenen Rektör Prof. Dr. İhsan Sabuncoğlu, çocuklara özellikle yabancı dil öğrenmeleri gerektiğini anlattı. Sabuncuoğlu, şu anda bilim dünyasının ve iş ile sanayi dünyasının temel dilinin, ortak dilinin İngilizce olduğunu vurguladı.
Bilim Kahramanları Derneği Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Prof. Dr. Sıddıka Semahat Demir ise dernek olarak bilimin ve bilimsel düşüncenin toplumun her kesimine yayılması için çalışmalar yaptıklarını anlattı.
Bir gün süren fuarda, veliler ve davetliler projelerin sergilendiği stantları gezdi.
At the joint fair of AGU and the Association, little science heroes aged between 6 and 10 showed their projects about storing air, water, and electricity at a moon base.
17 teams from 6 cities competed at the fair where Abdullah Gül University was represented with the team "AGU Makers". Families were also present to support their kids.
Rector Prof. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu talked to the little science heroes at the fair and particularly advised them to learn a foreign language. Sabuncuoğlu stressed, the common language of the science, business and industry was English at the present.
The Science Heroes Association Chairman Prof. Sıddıka Semahat Demir also spoke and stated the association's aim as disseminating science and scientific thought to every corner of the society.
The fair lasted one day and visitors saw the projects on exhibit.
