AGÜ'lü Öğrenciler Almanya’daki Gençlik Zirvesi’ne Katıldı I AGU Students Joined the Youth Summit in Germany
Zirve, Almanya'nın Brandenburg eyaletindeki Falkensee şehrinde gerçekleştirildi. Öğrenciler zirvede, Küresel Hedeflere yönelik gerçekleştirilen çalışmalar içerisinde aktif olarak yer alan AGÜ Gençlik Fabrikası’nın organizasyonuyla yer aldı.
AGÜ zirvede, Sürdürülebilir Kentsel Altyapı Mühendisliği Yüksek Lisans Programı öğrencileri Sedat Gülçimen ve Osman Saygın tarafından temsil edildi.
Gülçimen ve Saygın zirvede, lisans bitirme projelerinde geliştirdikleri atık plastiklerin beton içinde kullanımı ile ilgili projelerini de sundu. Gülçimen ve Saygın’ın projeleri zirvede dikkat çekti.
The summit took place in Falkensee, a town in Brandenburg state, Germany. The students joined the summit thanks to the AGU Youth Factory, which plays an active role in organizations working in favor of global goals.
Sedat Gülçimen and Osman Saygın, master's students of Sustainable Urban Infrastructure Engineering Program, represented AGU at the summit.
Gülçimen and Saygın also presented their project for using plastic waste in concrete, which they developed as part of their graduation projects. Gülçimen and Saygın's project attracted attention at the summit.
Participants from Austria, Germany, Turkey, Finland and Sweden worked to develop projects for decreasing plastic waste in the nature and plastic use globally.
